NOCTURNAL Episode #1

It has been far too long since I screwed with you, you Damn Dirty Junkie. Welcome to San Francisco, done up all Sigler style. There are things here that lurk far below the streets, and far above them. Things that think you look damn tasty. These things have been watching, waiting, and it’s almost time for them to come out into the light …

Scott, I regret listening to this episode today, because it was too damn good. I’m gonna be twitching until Sunday!

I need my fix, man!

Rilleman

Wow! You’re better than ever! This is gonna be epic!

Paul

Scott, great to have you back on top form. The partial sound-effects were a definite plus. Not too intrusive, but subtly enhancing the sense of being there. Many thanks, Paul

I love the effects in the episode. More effects would be great, but I know you’re already working your ass off so do what you can. And your forum link is broken, fix it.

Liked the sound effects but sort out the compression/volume levels between your voice and the effects.

Sound effects definately enhanced the story. You just keep getting better and better. Curiously, there were no knee caps injured so far. hmmm. Can’t wait for tonights episode cause you promised on Sunday right…

Hey, Scott, your webpage is borked. Half of the links (to comments, other entries, the link to the forum for talking about the partial sound effects, shit like that) don’t work.

The partial effects DEFINITELY are the way to go. You use them to superb effect. Not too much, because that would get trite and lame. The way you’re using them now, they add a lot to the tension of the moment.

I really found myself trying to listen HARD to to little bastards chitterring when they came in to take Johnny Yee’s boy away. I could almost make out what they were saying and it drove me nuts.

Well done, so far! I’m really looking forward to figuring out the deal is with Bryan. I suspect that the thing that he’s been drawing is the “protection” sigil that he thought about while in his dream.

Looking forward to the next installment! (Oh, and what’s the status of The Starter, huh?)
