If it wasn't for the leaders getting to know each group, and gaining the respect of them all, the team will never follow them, and therefore the team, no matter how talented, won't ever be as good as a less talented team with more heart! Although i was really hoping for the game, hearing QB making these strides were great! I feel a playoff run coming on!
